Powder eyeshadows are best applied using a brush. The denser the brush and the shorter the hairs, the more concentrated the color will be. Use a dense, full brush to apply color over larger areas and a fluffy full brush for blending one color into another. A small, densely-packed brush is also good for blending, especially on small eyes (where a full brush can dust away too much color). Choose smaller brushes for precision work, like lining lashes or blending shadow into the creases and corner of the eyes.
